In December 2009, the Town Council finalized the membership of the Ad-hoc Spring Down Master Plan Committee.
Members of the Spring Down Master Plan Committee have been provided an exciting opportunity to tour the Spring Down property, making an evaluation of the site and taking into consideration the conditions of the site in order to provide recommendations to the Town Council on the development of a conceptual master plan and appropriate uses for the 6-acre Spring Down parcel.
