In February 2013, the Town Council finalized the membership of the Ad-hoc Affordable Housing Committee. This committee's objective is to develop an affordable housing mission statement for the Town, and, upon articulation of this objective, to then develop and prioritize recommended criteria to be used for evaluating potential affordable housing programs and sites. The committee's work shall be presented to the Town Council in May 2013.
