The Town Council will consider two items at this Special Meeting starting at 7:30 p.m. The public is welcome to attend and provide comments.

1. A draft of the 2014 Housing Element Update. More information is
   available on the Town’s website at www.portolavalley.net/housing.
   
   
2. Amendments to the Town’s financial policies including a process for
   the acquisition of capital assets, such as land and buildings.
