The Town of Portola Valley is dedicated to maintaining an open and transparent local government. As such, all regular and special Town Council and Commission/Committee meetings are noticed and open for the public to attend. In addition, Town Council and Commission/Committee meeting agendas and reports are available to the public in advance of each meeting. Meeting notices are emailed, posted online and made available in hard copy at Town Hall and the Portola Public Library. The public is invited and encouraged to attend and participate at Town Council, Commission/Committee, and other public meetings. Below you will find a number of links to more information about important Town topics as well as a list of ways you can get connected and stay up-to-date on Town business.
Town Hall is located at 765 Portola Road . See Town Hall page for Building & Planning Counter Hours. Town staff members are available to the public at Town Hall and can also be contacted by phone or email. The public can also contact the Town by submitting an online service request through our App PV Connect.
