• Joe will be there in the Jerk 'n Pickle booth with all sorts of yummy pickled thing and delicious beef jerky in various flavors like my favorite, Teriyaki.

• Dobson and Clarke has pickled offerings as well as a "Wow, is that ever delicious Fuji applesauce!", jams, jellies, sauerkraut and marinara made with Webb Ranch tomatoes!

• Haley's Sausage has artichoke-mushroom, spicy chicken fennel, Southwesterns, chorizo, the Andouille, the chicken apple. Try the Brats with that spectacular Fuji applesauce.

• Roli Roti has delicious, HOT rotisserie chickens. One Ocean has fresh seafood, Victorian Farmstead has cuts of farm-raised pork, lamb, beef, chicken and even rabbit.

• Turn any of the above into a hot sandwich with City Baking ciabatta buns or soft baguettes. Add mustards from the Nut ‘n Bean booth.

• Have you tried the new City Baking pumpkin-cinnamon scone? Very tasty with your morning High Note coffee.

• Crescent Farm has the long skinny red 'Jimmy Nardello' peppers. Try those sauteed with freshly dug potatoes and some spicy Haley's chorizo ( stir in a big heap of Bounty's baby spinach or baby arugula just before serving for a one pan dish!).

• Add a fresh sunny side up free range egg to make a supper fit for a king ( or queen as the case may be). Pass the Old Dog pepper sauce! And the olives!

• Webb Ranch has tomatoes, corn and "eating" pumpkins. Wings of Nature has delicious local honey and honeycomb.
