Farmers' Market - Thur 2 to 6 pm


PORTOLA VALLEY FARMERS' MARKET,
every Thursday, year-round (2 to 6 pm)


Seasonal & Organic Produce:

* Gorgeous Smit Farm organic grapes, blueberries, peaches, pluots, plums, and new crop apples. 

The most delicious organic strawberries around at the Rio de Parras booth plus Poblano chilies, red butter lettuce, carrots and fantastic cauliflower and broccoli. 

* Oodles of stone fruit from Sunrise Farm including apricots, plums, plus grapes and black mission figs. Almonds and pistachios both raw, plain and roasted in asst flavors. 

Field of Greens has an array of seasonal veggies including San Marzano tomatoes, early girls and baskets of delicious salad tomatoes. Fennel, onions, shallots, garlic, leeks, celery, all sorts of zucchini and summer squash, delicious head lettuce, baby greens by the pound, new potato crops, cauliflower, broccoli, beets, bell peppers and more. 

* Crescent Farm has fresh garlic, green beans, zucchini, raspberries and extra large/jumbo farm eggs. Local honey, local free-range eggs from 2 doors down and local microgreens this week.

* Webb Ranch from Portola Valley with organic corn and blackberries, peaches and tomatoes.

We have great stuff to eat:

One Ocean Seafood - it doesn’t get any fresher than this unless you are holding the fishing pole!

* Claire’s Granola - made just up the road. And Claire is making banana breads this week! 

Nut ’n Bean brings artisan nut butters and cashew or almond spreads. And fantastic hummus.

* Assorted jams at the manager’s booth and also apricot jam at the Smit Farm booth.

* Sinbad Catering has healthy and delicious salads and entrees, falafels, dips and house made pita chips. 

* Roli Roti has delicious rotisserie chicken, ribs and fingerlings. And bone broth (ask about it, it’s in his freezer).


Sweet tooth?

* Spoon and Spatula bakery brings us retro treats like oreo type cookies and animal crackers, peppermint patties and more.

* Shampa’s Pies makes sweet potato, lemon, lemon strawberry, chocolate and cobblers in small, medium and large:).

* Tantalizing Toffee from The Lady Who Kissed the Cow and just because it’s nice and cool this week, Kidding Around with Chocolate is whipping up a small batch of goat’s milk fudge for the market as well as more chocolate ’n zucchini cake.

* Karnival Pop has sweet and salty flavors of organic freshly popped specialty corn. Salty Dog Caramel, Curry, Chubby Corn, Skinny Corn and Olive Oil Popcorn.

Crafts this week: 
Earth’s Sister, Jen Raynes Art, Dreamlight Jewelry and Noble Treats Dog Biscuits made with love and with all human grade ingredients (taste one!) because your dog is worth it!
