Farmers' Market - New Winter Hours - Thur 2 to 5 pm


Portola Valley Farmers' Market, a year 'round Thursday event

THIS WEEK: 
November 10th, Winter Market hours begin - 2 to 5 pm (Regular hours 2 to 6 pm will resume in March)

Lots of scrumptious farm fresh fruit in season including the first of the citrus, lots of veggies, MICROGREENS, strawberries and flowers, farmstead meat, chicken and eggs, fresh seafood, nuts and nut butters, lots of bakery and sweets. Sinbad Catering, Mama Coco’s Cocina Mexicana, Roli Roti rotisserie chickens and potatoes and…Coco’s Ice, the tiny pink food truck with shaved ice - special fall flavor this week Pumpkin Caramel!

Crafts:
Dreamlight Jewelry, La Tote handbags, Jen Raynes Art and Noble Treat Dog Biscuits.


NEXT WEEK:
* Chef Laura Stec joins us for the day and gives us dinner ideas for a “Quick Fix” - this month’s healthy demo is sponsored by Ron Ramies Automotive!

* Our new local Portola Valley artisan bread vendor, Fiona Strouts of L’Atelier du Pain begins market with us on the 17th with artisan breads and delicious shortbread:)

* Thanksgiving turkeys can be reserved for pick up at market on the 23rd at http://www.vicfarmmeats.com/turkey-reservation/

* New York Times best-selling author of The Forest Feast, Erin Gleeson will be joining us on November 17th for book signing with both of her new books: Forest Feast for Kids and Forest Feast Entertaining.

* Portola Vineyards will also be with us on November 17th.


SAVE THE DATE - Pre-Thanksgiving Market!
Be sure to note that market will be held on Wednesday, Nov 23rd the week of Thanksgiving since we will of course be closed Thursday for the holiday. Knife Sharpening has been changed to November 23rd. Get that carving knife sharpened while you pick up your turkey, veggies, pies and artisan breads!
