The Conservation Committee is sponsoring an event focused on post-drought tree care in conjunction with the Woodside Fire Department.

Speakers: Steve Daus, Ph D, Senior Forest Ecologist and Denise Enea, Fire Marshal, Woodside Fire Protection District.

Our trees are in jeopardy after years of drought combined with record rain. With the soil saturated and an abundance of new growth, Years of drought have damaged our trees. Recent record rains have saturated soil and produced an abundance of new growth, which further threatens our trees including our heritage oaks. Learn how you can help your trees thrive at this upcoming talk!
