*Green Oak Creek has really delicious organic cucumbers (great snack with the Nut ’n Bean and Greek Table dips:) and new girl tomatoes, strawberries, chiogga beets, cabernet onions, artisan lettuces, tiny tender heads of red cabbage and flower bouquets.
* Esquivel Farm has raspberries, strawberries, brussel sprouts, chard, kale, cabbage, onions. potatoes, cauliflower, broccoli and more...
* Gallardo Organics brings beautiful organic strawberries, assorted peppers, tomatoes and ears of corn, carrots and beets, lettuce and greens and more…
* Webb Ranch from Portola Valley has Navajo blackberries berries, Ace, heirloom and cherry tomatoes.
* Smit Farm is on the schedule this week with new crop apples, organic juices and plain and snacking nuts (almonds & pistachios).
* Sunrise Farm has figs, grapes, peaches, plums, nectarines and pluots, grapes and some citrus.
* Forever Bloom Farm brings gorgeous MASSIVE summer blooms for you to choose from and ready made statement bouquets.
* Skyline Honey brings local honey and for a very short time, large bunches of fresh cut lavender.
The neccessary proteins:
* Victorian Farmstead Meats is with us this week with lamb, pork, beef, chicken, bacon, eggs and sausages.
* One Ocean Seafood has local king salmon, albacore tuna and lots more (to pre-order or special order call Patrick 650-222-8685).
* Nut ’n Bean makes flavored nut and seed butters, forget the bread and just eat them with a spoon and delicious vegan dips based on cashews or sunflower seeds (stir these into your homemade vinaigrettes to make creamy dressings for your summer salads.)
