Take an online tour of the Community Hall and Activity Rooms

Please review the Community Hall and Activity Rooms Rental Policies and Procedures before requesting a reservation.

To make a request for a reservation, please email the following information to the Town at rentals@portolavalley.net. The Town will review your request and respond within five to seven business days:

• Name and/or Organization
• Portola Valley Address*
• Requested date and alternate dates
• Requested facility (including room if applicable)
• Requested use

Once your request has been accepted, we will send you a link to complete the Facilities Reservation form via our new online platform.

* Please note that we only accept reservations from residents/organizations within the Portola Valley Town limits. If you do not live within the legal town limits of Portola Valley (e.g., Ladera, Los Trancos Woods, Vista Verde), unfortunately, you are ineligible to rent the Town's facilities per the Town's policies.

The Community Hall and its activity rooms are available for rental by Portola Valley residents on a first-come, first-serve basis. Each of the rooms in the Community Hall building have been designed to be multi-functional to host a wide variety of activities. For more information or to make an appointment to view the facilities, please contact the Town at rentals@portolavalley.net.
