Picnic Area

Town Center features a number of picnic areas scattered throughout the campus. Tables are located in the redwood grove near the Historic Schoolhouse overlooking Sausal Creek, and additional tables are located in the grassy area between the softball field and playground.

GUIDELINES FOR SUBMITTING FACILITY RENTAL REQUESTS

To make a request for a reservation, please email the following information to the Town at parks@portolavalley.net. The Town will review your request and respond within five to seven business days:

The Town will review your request and respond within five to seven business days:

Once your request has been accepted, we will send you a link to complete the Facilities Reservation form via our online platform.

* Please note that we only accept reservations from residents/organizations within the Portola Valley Town limits. If you do not live within the legal town limits of Portola Valley (e.g., Ladera, Los Trancos Woods, Vista Verde), unfortunately, you are ineligible to rent the Town's facilities per the Town's policies.
