Submit your comment here for an upcoming Town Council Meeting.  Please include the agenda item related to your comment.

To have comments added to the Town Council Packet

  • Comments must be submitted no later than 1 PM on the Wednesday before the Regular Town Council Meeting

To comment on agenda items on a published Town Council Agenda Packet

  • Comments must be submitted no later than 1 PM the day of the scheduled Regular Town Council Meeting
  • Comments will be posted separately on the website and sent to Town Council for review before the meeting.

To comment on a special meeting agenda

  • Directions for providing comments will be included in the special meeting packets or on the website once the meeting packet has been posted. 

Before including your address, e-mail address, or other personally identifiable information in your comment, be aware that your entire comment (including your personally identifiable information) may be made publicly available at any time. While we withhold your address and e-mail address submitted in your comment,  we cannot guarantee that we will be able to withhold personally identifiable information in the body of the comments.

Staff will review all comments for adherence to The Town's General Rules to Public Comment before being posted to a public forum.
