Committee Forms
Committee forms to reserve event space and submit publications materials are now in an online format instead of printable documents. So start your application you will need to create an account at Open Gov. You will be able to do so when you click one of the online form links below. Once you create an account you can submit materials easily though the online portal.
All event forms must be submitted at least 4 weeks in advance of the event. If you require extra help with creating publicity text, posters, social media posts, or banners please reach out 6 weeks ahead for smaller events and several months ahead for larger events.
Note: Make sure you chose the applications that are for the Committees rather than the public on the list of forms.
