Draft EIR for Stanford Wedge Housing Project Open for Comment – Notice of Public Hearing

On May 4, 2022 at 7:00 p.m. the Town's Planning Commission will hold a public meeting to receive comments on the Draft Environmental Impact Report (DEIR) for the proposed Stanford Wedge Housing Project.  The DEIR for this proposed project is currently within the required 45-day public comment period that began on March 30, 2022 and ends on May 13, 2022 at 5:00 p.m.

The intent of the upcoming May 4, 2022 Planning Commission meeting is to introduce the DEIR, related California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) requirements, and to receive public comments on the DEIR document.  No actions or decisions will be made by the Planning Commission at this meeting, nor will the specific details or merits of the project be discussed.  Please note comments and/or questions received will not be addressed or answered at this meeting.   However, all comments received at this May 4, 2022 public meeting, along with all other public comments received during the 45-day review period, will be addressed during the Final EIR phase. The Final EIR will include formal written responses to all public comments received during the 45-day DEIR review period and is expected to be released in late summer 2022.
