To make a request for a reservation

Please email the following information to parks@portolavalley.net. The Town will review your request and respond within five to seven business days:

• Name and/or Organization
• Portola Valley Address*
• Requested date and alternate dates
• Requested facility
• Requested use

Once your request has been accepted, we will send you a link to complete the Facilities Reservation form via our new online platform.

Please check the Annual Field Renovations schedule prior to submitting your information.

 * Please note that we only accept reservations from residents/organizations within the Portola Valley Town limits. If you do not live within the legal town limits of Portola Valley (e.g., Ladera, Los Trancos Woods, Vista Verde), unfortunately, you are ineligible to rent the Town's facilities per the Town's policies.
